SEBI bars Yash Garg, orders ₹93 lakh refund in illegal advisory case

Market regulator SEBI has barred 'Trading Tip Guru' Yash Garg, proprietor of Yash Trading Academy, from the securities market. It also directed him to refund ₹92.98 lakh collected via unregistered advisory services. SEBI said Garg ran Telegram channels offering paid trading calls and account-handling services without mandatory registration as an investment adviser or portfolio manager.
