SEBI fines Coffee Day Enterprises ₹38 lakh for accounting lapses

SEBI imposed penalties totalling ₹38 lakh on Coffee Day Enterprises and several of its officials for not adhering to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) in its consolidated financial statements and quarterly financials. SEBI imposed a penalty of ₹10 lakh on the company and also fined officials for their roles in overseeing financial statements that failed to comply with Ind AS.
