SEBI mulls common stewardship platform for mutual fund: Report

SEBI in consultation with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), is exploring a common stewardship platform for mutual funds to jointly engage with listed companies on governance and shareholder concerns, Moneycontrol reported. It is likely to issue a consultation paper on the proposal. Discussions are at an advanced stage and the consultation paper will be floated soon.
