SEBI probing whether Adani Group violated disclosure rules: Report

SEBI has started investigating whether the Adani Group broke rules mandating the disclosure of market-moving information, Bloomberg reported. The market regulator has asked stock exchanges' officials if Adani Green Energy properly disclosed US' probe into bribery allegations. SEBI could decide about opening a formal investigation after two weeks, the report said.
