SEBI returns draft papers of education firm Crizac's ₹1,000-cr IPO

SEBI has returned the draft documents of student recruitment solution provider Crizac for an initial public offering worth ₹1,000 crore. The IPO was entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of shares by the company's promoters Pinky Agarwal and Manish Agarwal. While Pinky was offering equity shares worth ₹841 crore, Manish's offer was for shares worth up to ₹159 crore.
