SEBI to revise Capital Market Access System framework

SEBI is preparing to revise key parts of the Capital Market Access System (CAS) framework following consultations with market participants. A formal circular is expected soon. The pricing methodology, including a possible VWAP-based mechanism, is among issues under review. Stock exchanges will be asked to implement revised provisions after the framework is finalised.
