Second FIR against Himachal IPS officer over ₹14 lakh fund diversion

A second FIR has been registered against Himachal Pradesh IPS officer and DIG Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi at Shimla Police Station on October 22, over alleged diversion of ₹14.07 lakh in police maintenance funds toward his official residence during his tenure as Shimla SP. An audit found no sanctioned budget or approvals for the expenditure.
