Section 144 imposed at tourist spots across Pune to prevent COVID-19 spread

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Pune District collector Rajesh Deshmukh issued an order to impose Section 144 at tourist destinations across district, including Lonavala, Sinhagad Fort and Panshet Dam, among others. According to the order, the assembly of more than five people has been restricted. Tourists are also not allowed to venture into water bodies and go under waterfalls.
