Seema Kaliramna, PhD scholar and mother of a 3-year-old, wins discus throw bronze medal at CWG

India's Seema Kaliramna won bronze in the women's discus throw at Commonwealth Games (CWG) 2026 with a best effort of 58.65 metres. The PhD scholar and mother of a three-year-old boy finished behind Jamaica's Samantha Hall, who won gold with 61.66 metres. Canada's Julia Tunks claimed silver with a 60.67-metre throw in the event.
