Sell your wife if you don't have money to build toilet: DM

Addressing a public gathering in Bihar's Aurangabad on Saturday, District Magistrate Kanwal Tanuj told a man he should sell or auction his wife if he didn't have money to build a toilet. "Due to lack of toilets, women get raped and harassed. It only costs ₹12,000 for construction of the toilet. Is ₹12,000 more than anyone's wife's dignity?" he questioned.
