Senior Hamas leader, whom Israel said it killed in May, appears on video

A video has surfaced of senior Hamas commander Hussein Fiad speaking at a rally in Gaza months after Israel said that he was killed. Fiad, the commander of the Beit Hanoun battalion of Hamas, was presumed dead in May. After the clip surfaced, IDF reportedly said that intelligence findings about his death "were not accurate enough".
