Senior IAS officer D.K. Ravi, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Enforcement) was found dead in his apartment in Bengaluru, Monday. Calling it a suicide, police have denied possibility of any foul play being involved. Mr. Ravi, a 2009 batch IAS officer, was well known for his integrity and taking on the land and sand mafia as Deputy Commissioner of Kolar.
