September to be busiest month for IPOs in 14 years: RBI

RBI's monthly bulletin said September will be the busiest month for IPOs in 14 years, with over 28 companies entering the market so far. "In the primary equity market, there is a surge of interest in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) IPOs," it noted. A recent Bloomberg report said Indian IPOs have raised $8.6 billion this year.
