Sequoia Capital to split India, China, US businesses

Venture capital firm Sequoia Capital on Tuesday announced its decision to split into three independent entities to prevent brand confusion and portfolio conflict. The company's India and Southeast Asia arm will be rebranded as Peak XV Partners, China business will be called HongShan and Sequoia Capital will represent US and Europe. Sequoia plans to complete the separation by March 2024.
