Serial killer who targeted women on trains arrested after raping, killing 19-yr-old in Guj

Police have arrested a Haryana-based man, Rahul Jat, for allegedly raping and killing a 19-year-old woman, whose body was found near railway tracks in Gujarat's Valsad. Police later found out he's allegedly a serial killer, stating he's involved in at least four cases of loot and murder on trains and stations in Karnataka, West Bengal, Telangana and Maharashtra.
