Several Indian chess players participating in 10th Chessable Sunway Sitges International Chess Festival 2023, were robbed from their apartments in Spain. "My laptop and AirPods were stolen as my roommate's laptop, passport, bag, and other items were robbed," Grandmaster Sankalp Gupta stated. Woman International Master Mounika Akshaya shared a video on X and requested authorities to take action.
