Several workers trapped after debris & water enters tunnel in Uttarakhand

Several workers were trapped after water and debris entered the THDC tunnel at Pipalkoti in Chamoli district in Uttarakhand. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami directed officials to conduct a rescue operation on a war footing. He also directed NDRF and SDRF forces to be sent to the site immediately. Reportedly, 10 workers are still trapped.
