Sex with minor is rape: Mahua Moitra after Mamata Banerjee's 'love affair' remark

Speaking on the alleged rape and murder of a 14-year-old girl in West Bengal, TMC MP Mahua Moitra said sex with a minor is rape and a crime. She said, "I won't tolerate such things." This comes after West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's remark, "How do you know if she was raped or was pregnant or had a love affair?"
