SF mayor's brother appeals in court to get 44-yr manslaughter sentence reduced

San Francisco Mayor London Breed's brother Napoleon Brown appeared in a city court on Monday trying to get his 44-year prison sentence reduced. He has served 22 years of his manslaughter sentence for causing the death of a car driver by pushing her out of her car on the Golden Gate Bridge. Brown was fleeing authorities after robbing a restaurant.
