Shaadi.com to use Aadhaar numbers to verify user profiles

Matrimonial site Shaadi.com has started using Aadhaar numbers to verify user profiles against fake accounts. The move was influenced by an online survey which found that 91% of women preferred verified profiles. Adding that eliminating misuse is Shaadi.com's biggest priority, the company's CEO Gourav Rakshit said, "The odd incident of misuse does undermine the experience we deliver."
