Shabana-Javed wanted to adopt me after mother's death: Prateik

Actor Prateik Smita Patil revealed that veteran actress Shabana Azmi and screenwriter-lyricist Javed Akhtar wanted to adopt him after his mother Smita Patil passed away. "I could've been Farhan Akhtar's step-brother," joked Prateik, adding, "If this would've happened, I don't know what kind of a life I'd be leading now." Smita and Shabana were said to be rivals professionally.
