Shah Rukh Khan's ₹300 crore Mannat gets new floors

Shah Rukh Khan's iconic Mumbai home Mannat is undergoing major renovations, with new floors being added to its rear portion. Real estate developer Anand Pandit revealed details about the project. The actor and his family had temporarily moved to Puja Casa in Pali Hill, Bandra, in April 2025. Mannat is estimated to be worth around ₹300 crore.
