Shaheen Afridi slapped with PKR 1 million fine after forcefully escorting visitors to hotel room

PSL side Lahore Qalandars have fined their captain Shaheen Afridi PKR 1 million over a security protocol breach at the team hotel on March 28 during PSL 2026. Pakistan's Punjab Police alleged Shaheen and Sikandar Raza forcefully escorted four unauthorised visitors to a player's hotel room despite being denied permission. Qalandars said that they fined Afridi to ensure accountability.
