Shakti Press shares hit upper circuit after the company launched a ₹49.28 crore rights issue priced at ₹20 per share in the ratio of 7:1. The issue will close on May 29, 2026. The company plans to utilise proceeds towards expansion and operational growth initiatives in the printing and packaging business.
