The skyline of China's biggest city, Shanghai, turned black after major fires erupted at multiple locations at a petrochemical plant, with pictures going viral on social media. "Footage circulating of the fire at a petrochemical plant in China is eerie end-of-the-world stuff," Australian journalist Stephen McDonell tweeted. The cause behind the fires has not yet been ascertained.
