Shares of Shanti Educational Initiatives Ltd (SEIL) surged 1.40% and made a new 52-week high of ₹167 per share from its previous closing. The company announced to invest ₹1 crore in the equity shares of Uniformverse Private Limited. This investment will increase the company's shareholding in Uniformverse Private Limited to more than 50%, making it a subsidiary company.
