Ankit Jain, the shareholder who sued Jindal Poly Films over irregularities, has exited the firm and no longer has legal standing in the case. Following his exit, Monet Securities, which holds 5% stake, has sought to be substituted as the main petitioner. Jindal Poly Films has objected the substitution and seeks a dismissal of Monet Securities' plea.
