The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices closed in the red on Monday with the Sensex down 0.21% at 78,593 level, and the Nifty-50 down 0.34% at 23,975 level. Low-priced stocks that were locked in the upper circuit today are Mauria Udyog, Palm Jewels Limited, LS Industries Ltd, Bhilwara Technical Textiles and Sel Manufacturing Company Ltd.
