Actor Shekhar Suman, during the Honestly Saying Podcast, said that 'Utsav' producer Shashi Kapoor and director Girish Karnad pranked him that he'll have to shoot a nude scene in the film. "They said, 'You'll have to expose your butt during a love-making scene'...I started crying and said I can't do nude scenes," Shekhar added. The 1984 film also starred Rekha.
