Shashi Tharoor invited to State dinner for Putin; no invite for Rahul Gandhi

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor was invited to attend State dinner in honour of Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday. However, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and leader Rahul Gandhi have not been invited to the dinner. "It is quite surprising an invitation was sent and accepted also," Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera said in a dig at Tharoor.
