Shaurya Chakra awardee slams MMT for not refunding price of cancelled ticket

Shaurya Chakra-awardee Brigadier Hardeep Singh Sohi (retired) slammed MakeMyTrip for not refunding a Delhi-New York flight ticket that American Airlines cancelled at the last minute on August 28. Sohi said calls to MMT's virtual assistant and customer care fell on "deaf ears". He said American Airlines refunded the amount to MMT, but the app "doesn't have a clue about it".
