She sensed bad touch: HC rejects ex-Armyman's 'fatherly love' defence in sex assault case
Bombay High Court on Tuesday refused to cancel a court martial order sentencing a former Lieutenant Colonel to five-year jail for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl. The former Army officer claimed he didn't have any ill intention and touched the girl with 'grandfatherly/fatherly love'. "The girl immediately sensed a bad touch and reported it to her father," said High Court.
