The parents of Amaira, a Class 4 student who died by suicide in Jaipur's Neerja Modi School in 2025, sought abetment to suicide charges against teacher Punita Sharma. They said Amaira went to her teacher with folded hands after being allegedly bullied by her classmates. "It needs a lot of courage...to approach the class teacher five times," her mother said.
