Shehbaz Sharif's party calls PoK protesters 'patriots' after months long violent crackdown
After months of violent crackdown on protesters in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK), PML(N), headed by PM Shehbaz Sharif, said 99 per cent of the protesters are "patriotic" people. The party is set to take charge of the so-called government in PoK after elections that India called a "complete farce". At least 100 civilians have been killed in the crackdown in PoK.
