Sheikh Jassim, son of ex-Qatari PM, bids for Manchester United
Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, the son of Qatar's former Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, has submitted an offer to take full control of Manchester United. According to reports, Britain's richest person Sir Jim Ratcliffe has also submitted a bid for the club. The club is currently owned by the US-based Glazer family.
