Shein shares open flat in Hong Kong debut after $1.7 billion IPO

Shein Global Holdings opened flat at HK$48.56 ($6.07) in its Hong Kong debut after raising HK$13.6 billion ($1.7 billion) through its IPO. The listing valued the fast-fashion company at over $26 billion, making it one of the world's largest listed apparel firms. The retail portion was 5.6 times subscribed, while institutional demand reached 2.6 times.
