Shepherd rescues abandoned newborn baby in Karnataka

A newborn baby boy was found abandoned under a bridge in Kittur village of Belagavi district. A shepherd heard the baby's cries while grazing sheep and rescued him. Officials shifted the infant to Savadatti taluk hospital, where doctors confirmed he is healthy. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation to identify the child's mother.
