Shilpa Shetty, Raj move HC against ED's eviction notice from residence, farmhouse

Actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra have moved the Bombay High Court challenging ED's notice directing them to vacate their properties in connection with a money-laundering case linked to an alleged Bitcoin fraud. The attached properties include a flat in Juhu in Shetty's name and a bungalow in Pune. ED had summoned Kundra for questioning on several occasions.
