While over 10 clubs were sealed after the fire at Birch By Romeo Lane in Goa, Shilpa Shetty's Bastian Riviera continues operations despite a demolition order issued on October 7, India Today reported. The demolition order was revoked, citing procedural lapses. However, Carrick Bend Realty LLP, which owns the land where Bastain is, has been asked to explain illegal construction.
