Shimjitha Mustafa held by Kerala police over Deepak’s suicide

Kozhikode Medical College Police on Wednesday, 21 January, took Shimjitha Mustafa, the prime accused in case related to the suicide of Deepak, a native of Govindapuram, following allegations of sexual assault made through an Instagram reel, into custody from a relative’s house at Vadakara. She has been charged for abetment of suicide, and arrest came six days after the incident.
