Ship heading from India to UAE hit by missile near Pakistan

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations has said that a container ship was attacked in the Gulf of Oman. As per marine traffic websites, the ship was heading from India to UAE. According to initial assessments, the Panama-flagged container ship Vela Nova was believed to have been hit by a missile some 71 nautical miles off Pakistan's coast.
