Ships of which countries apart from India have been allowed to pass through Strait of Hormuz?

With Iran blocking the Strait of Hormuz amid the war in the Middle East, ships of some countries, including India, have been allowed to cross the strait. Recently, Iran agreed to allow Japanese ships to pass through strait. Several Chinese vessels, a Pakistani oil tanker and a Turkish vessel have been allowed to pass.
