Shiv Nadar steps down as HCL Tech's MD, appointed as Chairman Emeritus

HCL Technologies Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director Shiv Nadar has stepped down as the company's Managing Director as well as the Director, HCL Technologies announced. Nadar, who Founded HCL Group in 1976, has been appointed as the Chairman Emeritus & Strategic Advisor to the Board. President & CEO C Vijayakumar will also be the MD for five years.
