Shiv Sena (UBT) gets modified 'Mashaal' symbol before Maha polls

Election Commission has allocated a modified 'Mashaal' (flaming torch) symbol to Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) faction ahead of the Maharashtra Assembly elections. In the Lok Sabha polls, Shiv Sena (UBT) was allotted a torch (Mashaal) symbol, which was criticised by the Uddhav faction for resembling an ice cream cone. The revised symbol features a clearer representation of the 'Mashaal'.
