Shivakumar may have resigned as K'taka Congress chief 4 months ago: Congress leader

Karnataka Congress leader and former minister Rajanna said Deputy CM DK Shivakumar might have sent his resignation from the post of Karnataka Congress President 3-4 months ago to party high command. His remarks come amid Congress leadership's meeting in Delhi on CM-change issue in the state. "Enough is enough. There should be a conclusion now," he stated.
