Shocked by scale: Tukaram Mundhe after food labelling racket busted in Maha

Maharashtra FDA chief Tukaram Mundhe said he was "shocked by the scale" after an illegal firm in Navi Mumbai was busted for changing expiry dates and nutritional ​information on packed food items so that they could be exported to other countries. The firm altered the expiry date of Lay's, Kurkure, Maggi, Knorr, etc. "It's been done ​systematically," Mundhe added.
