Shocked: SP MLA Rais Shaikh after visiting municipal school in Bhiwandi

Samajwadi Party MLA Rais Shaikh said he was shocked to see state of school run by Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) after he visited one in Maharashtra's Bhiwandi. "It's been 75 years since independence but we still haven't been able to provide desks and benches to our children?" Shaikh tweeted. "I sat with the students on the floor," he added.
