Shocking damage at Punjab's Halwara Airport during rain spell

Halwara International Airport has come under scrutiny after heavy rain allegedly exposed construction flaws in its newly operational terminal. Parts of the false ceiling, roof panels and decorative structures reportedly collapsed, while water leakage was reported from several sections. The terminal cost around ₹27 crore, with the overall project costing ₹54 crore.
