Shoppers Stop MD and CEO Rajiv Suri resigns, cites personal reasons

Department store chain Shoppers Stop's MD and CEO Rajiv Suri has resigned citing personal reasons, effective August 25. The company said he was planning to pursue a career in a company outside India. Shoppers Stop hasn't announced an immediate successor. Suri joined Shoppers Stop as its CEO in January 2018 and was elevated to MD and CEO in June 2018.
