Short circuit caused fire that killed 10 newborn babies at UP hospital

On the fire at Jhansi Medical College that claimed the lives of 10 newborn babies, DM Avinash Kumar said the preliminary probe reveals that a short circuit in the NICU unit caused the fire. "According to the information received from the staff present at the NICU of the medical college, a fire broke out at 10:45 PM," he said.
